DMCO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Des Moines Community Orchestra is a non-profit organization run by a seven member board of directors that is elected by orchestra membership. The board of directors is in charge of managing the affairs of the orchestra, including hiring a Music Director and Conductor.
Each position has a two-year term, and elections are staggered so that at least three board members remain in office each year. Elections are held each spring at the end of each concert season.
