Sonya Siebert, pianist

Sonya Siebert earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Bethel College (Kansas), and her Master of Music degree in Piano Performance at the University of Kansas. She maintains a private piano studio in Des Moines, and also accompanies local musicians, soloists, chamber groups, and the occasional touring Broadway show.

Sonya is active in the Iowa Music Teachers Association, serving most recently as vice-president of membership, Fortnightly Musical Club, in which she currently is president, and is a member of the Terrace Hill Endowment for the Musical Arts' Board of Trustees.
