We can use your help.

Expenses for the orchestra average over $12,000 annually for our four concert season. Funding sources include the following:

bulletmember dues from the performing musicians (covers approximately 25% of our budget).
bulletaudience donations during concerts (covers approximately 30% of our budget).
bulletadvertisements printed in our concert programs (covers approximately 10% of our budget).
bulletsponsorship donations from area businesses (covers remaining 35% of the budget).

You can support the Des Moines Community Orchestra, too.

Free-Will Donations: Individuals can make free-will donations. Call 964-4562 for more information. Donations are tax-deductible. You may also send tax deductible donations to the following mailing address:

Advertisements: Businesses can participate by purchasing advertisements in our printed programs at the rate of $15 per concert for a business card size ad.

Sponsorship: And businesses can rise to the highest level of support by becoming a sponsor for the concert season, starting at $200 per year, and tiered up to $1000+ per year. Donations are tax-deductible.
